Monroe County, Pennsylvania Inmate Search

In Monroe County, the county government authority (operator of the Monroe County Correctional Facility) does not provide a searchable online jail roster. Consequently, searches for information about individuals incarcerated in local detention facilities in Monroe County are conducted through the Monroe County Correctional Facility, Monroe County Open Records Office, and the Pennsylvania Vinelink portal. While they do not operate separate jail rosters, regional and municipal police departments, such as the Stroud Area Regional Police Department and the East Stroudsburg Police Department, permit public access to arrest and booking information.

For state-level searches, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) Inmate/Department Supervised Individual Locator is the official tool for accessing inmate records. • Administrative details.
